A safe, accepting space for individuals who may feel different, misunderstood, or disconnected.
If you’ve ever felt like you don’t quite fit, or that you’ve had to hide parts of yourself to feel safe or comfortable, you’re not alone. I offer neurodivergent-affirming counselling for adults who want a space where they can be fully themselves — where every part of them is welcome.
I provide a warm, person-centred space where you can explore who you are, what you feel, and what you need, without judgement and at your own pace.
I specialise in supporting neurodivergent people, as well as those living with trauma, anxiety, depression, or a deep sense of disconnection — including those who feel they’ve lost touch with who they are and want to gently find their way back to themselves.
A counselling space that adapts to you
My approach is gentle, collaborative, and shaped around your sensory, communication, and emotional needs. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy; instead, we build a space together that feels safe, spacious, and attuned to how you move through the world.
Whether you need quiet moments to gather your thoughts, room to express yourself in your own way, or support making sense of emotions that feel tangled or heavy, we can take things step by step. You set the pace, and I follow with care and curiosity.
Our work is about creating a relationship where you can breathe, feel understood and accepted, and explore whatever you need; without pressure, without judgement, and without having to mask or shrink any part of yourself.
You are welcome here exactly as you are.
You might be here because:
-
you’re exhausted from pretending you’re okay
-
you’re burnt out or overwhelmed
-
relationships or communication feel difficult
-
you feel disconnected from yourself, unsure of what you want or need
-
you want to understand yourself more deeply
-
you’re seeking support that truly honours your neurodivergence
-
you want a space where your nervous system can breathe and settle
If any of this resonates, you’re not alone.
Taking the next step
Reaching out can feel big — especially if past experiences weren’t supportive. It’s completely okay if it feels overwhelming, or if you’re not sure you can take that step just yet. Please try to be kind to yourself if it doesn’t feel possible right now.
When you’re ready — in your own time, at your own pace — you’ll know.
You’re welcome to contact me with any questions, or to book a free 15–30 minute initial consultation so you can get a sense of whether counselling with me feels right for you.
